Mini Coutryman (R60 1st Gen) Cooper S ALL4 (2010-14) Engine 1598cc S4 Turbo Registration Number P 10 VET MINI (BMW) SET /photos/45676495@N05/sets/72157624035379786 Launched at the 2010 Geneva Motorshow as a crossover SUV. It is offered in a choice of two or four wheel drive (known as the ALL4 and with 1.6 and 2.0 litre diesel engines and a 1.6 petrol engine in various states of tune. The Countryman has a longer wheelbase, more interior room, and higher ground clearance than the Clubman. It uses the same engines as the Mini Hatch/Clubman range, but with an optional all-wheel-drive powertrain (dubbed "ALL4") to allow minimal off-road and rugged terrain driving. A 6-speed manual transmission is standard on all models, with automatic transmission available on all petrol and diesel models except the 90 bhp One D. Unlike the normal Mini range, the Countryman is not manufactured in Oxford, England, but in Austria by Magna Steyr, making it the first of the BMW era Minis to be manufactured entirely outside the UK. In Cooper S mode the 1598cc S4 Turbo engine attains a maximum output of 190bhp, increasing to 215bhp in the John Cooper Wprks edition.
