The car features a hydroformed aluminum chassis from a Corvette Z06 with carbon fiber bodywork, Alcantara upholstery, an Azentek in-car computer and two separate fuel tanks; one containing kerosene and the other soybean oil. The car's basic design was derived from a scribble Leno made on a napkin. The base of the casting reads Eco Jet. In development this casting was referred to as the Jay Leno Eco-Jet.
